We strive to display our jewelry and objects as accurately as possible through photographs and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual colors, textures, or scale of the products.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order placement.

3.3 Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Some items may be custom-made or made-to-order. Custom orders require 4-8 weeks for production. Specific timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Klarna, Affirm, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.

4.3 Payment Security

All payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

5.2 Shipping Times

Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours. Custom orders may require additional time as specified at purchase. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5.3 Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our possession.

5.4 International Orders

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

6. Returns

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for items in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective. In the event of noncompliance, we reserve the right to deny the return and/or deduct a restocking or repair fee from any store credit.

The following orders on liliamhiga.com are final sale:
* International orders shipped to destinations outside the United States;
* Items that are “From the Archive” Collection
* Custom orders
* Items designated final sale 
* Orders purchased with store credit.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of any of the above items.

6.2 Return Process

If you wish to return an item that is eligible for return, please contact studio@liliamhiga.com to initiate the return process. Returns must be authorized by a customer service representative. If your purchase is eligible for return, a customer service representative will provide instructions for return and a return authorization form that must be included with your return shipment. Returns must be shipped within 3 days of your receipt of the return authorization form.

Returns initiated beyond 10 days of receipt of your order, or shipped beyond 3 days of your receipt of a return authorization, will not be accepted.
Please note that store credit issued as a result of a return excludes any shipping fees paid in connection with the original order, and that all return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

6.3 Refunds

We do not offer refund.

6.4 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange for replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

All content on this website, including images, designs, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Kinjin Inc and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Permitted Use

7.3 Design Rights

All jewelry designs and object designs displayed on this website are original works created by Liliam Higa, Kinjin Inc. Unauthorized reproduction or imitation of our designs is prohibited.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper care, wear, or storage of jewelry. Care instructions are provided with each purchase.
