Jewelry care: Pearls should never be cleaned in an ultrasonic or steam cleaner. It's safe to use warm, soapy water for occasional, thorough cleaning. For routine care, it's best to wipe pearls with a very soft, clean cloth after each wearing. Avoid swimming in chlorinated or salt water and spraying perfume on pearl. If you do, make sure you rinse and dry it.

Return and Refund policy
Orders within the United States may be returned for store credit within 10 days of delivery, excluding items subject to final sale. Refunds are not available.
The following orders on liliamhiga.com are final sale:
* International orders shipped to destinations outside the United States;

* Items designated final sale
* Orders purchased with store credit.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of any of the above items.
If you wish to return an item that is eligible for return, please contact studio@liliamhiga.com to initiate the return process. Returns must be authorized by a customer service representative. If your purchase is eligible for return, a customer service representative will provide instructions for return and a return authorization form that must be included with your return shipment. Returns must be shipped within 3 days of your receipt of the return authorization form.
Items must be in original, unworn condition, including original packaging, to be accepted for return. In the event of noncompliance, we reserve the right to deny the return and/or deduct a restocking or repair fee from any store credit.
Returns initiated beyond 10 days of receipt of your order, or shipped beyond 3 days of your receipt of a return authorization, will not be accepted.
Please note that store credit issued as a result of a return excludes any shipping fees paid in connection with the original order, and that all return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

All orders are packaged with care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or DHL. We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $200 shipped to destinations within the contiguous United States. Please email studio@liliamhiga.com with any inquiries. For orders shipped to destinations outside the United States, the shipping cost displayed at checkout does not include any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on the shipment, all of which are the customer’s responsibility.
